* Jesus Christ has been seated at the right hand of God the Father and given all authority
  over all powers and principalities, in heaven and in earth. He is Lord and is Head of the
  church.

MATTHEW 28:18   And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

REVELATION 1:18   I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

HEBREWS 2:14-15   Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
15.  And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

1 PETER 3:22   Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.

COLOSSIANS 2:15   And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

EPHESIANS 1:21-23   Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
22.  And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,
23.  Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

PHILIPPIANS 2:9-11   Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10.  That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11.  And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
