1. JERUSALEM

MATTHEW 23:37-38 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

Vs.38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

PSALMS 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

 

2. JESTING

MATTHEW 12:36-37 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

Vs.37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

EPHESIANS 5:4 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;

Vs.4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks

 

3. JESUS CHRIST

MATTHEW 1:18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.

MATTHEW 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

LUKE 1:30-32 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.

Vs.31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus.

Vs.32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:

JOHN 1:1-3 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Vs.2 The same was in the beginning with God.

Vs.3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

JOHN 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

JOHN 1:29-30 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

Vs.30 This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me.

JOHN 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

JOHN 6:38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me

JOHN 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

JOHN 8:58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

Vs.26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

JOHN 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

JOHN 15:1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

JOHN 17:5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

REVELATION 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

MARK 8:31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.

1 PETER 1:11 Searching what, or what manner of time the spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow.

ISAIAH 53:3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

1 CORINTHIANS 15:3-4 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

Vs.4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

MATTHEW 16:21 From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day

ACTS 26:23 That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.

ACTS 1:11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

REVELATION 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

1 PETER 2:22 Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:

1 JOHN 3:5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

1 JOHN 2:1-2 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

Vs.2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

1 TIMOTHY 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

HEBREWS 4:14-15 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

Vs.15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

Vs.16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

 

4. JOY

PSALMS 16:11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

PSLAMS 30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

PSALMS 126:5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.

ROMANS 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

GALATIANS 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Vs.23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

 

5. JUSTIFICATION

ROMANS 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

ROMANS 3:20-22 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

GALATIANS 3:24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

 

6. JUDGING

MATTHEW 7:1-3 Judge not, that ye be not judged.

Vs.2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

Vs.3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

JOHN 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

1 SAMUEL 16:7 But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.

1 CORINTHIANS 5:3 For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,

1 CORINTHIANS 6:1-3 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?

Vs.2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

Vs.3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

 

7. JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST ( For Christians )

ROMANS 14:10-13 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

Vs.11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

Vs.12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

Vs.13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.

2 CORINTHIANS 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

 

8. GREAT WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT ( for the unsaved )

REVELATION 20:11-And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

Vs.12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

Vs. 12-15 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

Vs.14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

Vs.15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
